A deadly collision recently took place in Georgia, leaving one teenager’s surviving family members and friends to grieve and wonder why the crash happened. The car accident took place at the intersection of Georgia 12 and another road. The individual who died in the crash was 19.
Police reported that the teenager was a passenger in the car at the time of the crash. They said the driver did not stop at a stop sign. That is when the car was struck by a semi-truck.
The passenger was killed in the crash, while the 28-year-old driver suffered injuries and was taken to the hospital. His condition was considered serious. The semi-truck driver also went to the hospital and later checked out of it. According to police, the investigation into this fatal wreck may continue for several months. However, no charges were pending against the driver of the tractor-trailer.
